Our CNC Machines are high precision for making quality parts every time.
Halsey Manufacturing employs a wide range of equipment to complete most any CNC Machining project all in house. All of our CNC Milling machines have a 4th axis turret for complex tooling and utilizing advanced machining techniques. All of our milling machines are high end late model HAAS made VMC's Vertical Machining Centers, which are the most versatile CNC Machines available on the market today. One of our HAAS CNC mills is a super speed model that is capable of extremely high speeds up to 12,000 rpm. This is needed for machining with very small tools that require fast RPM's to match the tools small diameter and create enough surface speed for cutting.
We also provide a wide range of CNC Turning equipment including multi-axis lathes otherwise referred to as Swiss-Type Machining. Live tooling on bar stock opens up the CNC capabilities to near limitless abilities greatly enhancing accuracy and reliability. While reducing cost when paired with bar feeders for greater mass manufacturing output to a diameter of 1 3/8" capacity.
