Halsey Manufacturing employs a wide range of turning machines to complete most any CNC turning project all in house here in the DFW Dallas TX area. All of our CNC Lathe machines for complex machining and utilizing the most advanced machining techniques to achieve the best results every time. Our lathe machines are high end late models, which are the most versatile CNC Machines available on the market today which gives us the flexibility to maintain repeatability while still being able to manufacture parts fast. One of our Ganesh CNC Lathes has live tooling with multi axis capabilities.

We also are experts in building fixtures which hold the parts in place while machining. This is a critical skill needed to be efficient and accurate when producing thousands of parts that need to keep very close tolerances. Fixtures also play a huge role in multi operation machining where the part needs to be machined in separate stages to reach different sides of the part to make a complex piece.
