Our inspection uses some of the finest inspection equipment available, such as our Micro-Hite 360 with .00001 resolution - floating on air bearing on a 3'x4'x6'' granite table with certified flatness. Gaging includes pin sets, intramiks, ring gages, thread gages, and a variety of other gaging accumulated over 29 years.

 

Halsey Manufacturing employs inspection tools traceable to NIST to verify part delivered to your tolerance requirements. Quality is insured through every procedure by compliance with MIL-STD I-45208A and MIL-STD 45662. Our quality control has been accredited by major manufacturers, including UniCal, Texas Instruments, Halliburton, Weber Aircraft, E-Systems, and others.
